In 2015 the primary students will complete a second painting for the school.
Ashtyn, Bailey, Ethan, Jeremiah, Kalai and Yuribaya helped decide on the focus for the 2015 painting. It was thought that the background of the painting should be an aerial view (looking down from above) of the Gadigal area, as this is the part of the Eora Nation where CBHS is built. The boys also decided that the school totems should be placed appropriately on the painting as the foreground. Watch the slideshow and listen to Mr Taylor explain the significance and meaning behind the school totems. Kathy Dodd Farrawell was a resident artist to CBHS. Kathy spoke to the year 5 and 6 boys about the story the painting was going to tell. Following her talk Kathy spent the next two days at the school allowing every student in the primary to participate in competing the artwork.
